If you need to smoke, feel free to do so in the backyard, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $500 fine for smoking inside. 4. Chill Atmosphere: We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $500 surcharge. 5. Timely Check-ins and Check-outs: To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs without notice may incur a $50/hour penalty. 6. Guest Counts: For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for unapproved guests. 7. Ease of everything, a really well maintained property. My stay was for surgery recovery and it was very quiet and easy to the grocery store amd for Doordash when needed. Truly a little hidden gem, not only for price but convenience as well. Lorry

We had an amazing stay at Farooq’s home. He was quick to respond and very helpful, which made planning our trip a breeze. The home was exactly as described, and honestly, even better in person. It was so clean and well-kept, that it felt like we were the first guests to stay there. He was also welcoming of our dog, which made the stay feel even more like home. The location was perfect for our trip, just 20–30 minutes from both Rainbow Springs and Zip line Canyon Tours, which was the main reason for our visit. The property was easy to find, check-in was simple, and the whole process was stress-free. Great value for the price, and we’d definitely stay here again!
